The Capajebo is the capitol of Bosnia and Herzegovina. The name of the capitol is written here in Cyrillic letterset but pronounced as is, such as in famous PECTOPAH song. Although it seems on the first listening that it has something to do with the civil war, indeed it is about the whether report. Furthermore, the lyric represents the translation of one joke which should be typical description of the mentality, which my old friend Rista who originate from Sarajevo told me one hot summer holiday 1981 at the Adriatic see cost where we have met each other and spent two weeks together in nice company.
